The festive Season is approaching fast and Christmas Eve as well as CHRISTMAS DAY are around the Corner. During that festive Season (24.12.2023 - CHRISTMAS EVE DINNER and 25.12.2023 CHRISTMAS DAX LUNCH & DINNER) we are celebrating with you and therefore have created also some special Menus as every year! Please find attached the festive Menu´s for CHRISTMAS EVE as well as CHRISTMAS DAY for your kind perusal.Besides those Menus, please note that only Fondue and Raclette will be available!
The idea of "pressuring" the guests a bit on that specific festive Menu is entirely linked to the fact to serve all customers equally good and fast. Having an open Menu Card could lead to a disaster in the kitchen, since the staff would be heavily overloaded with the result that the customers have to wait too long, they would be unhappy and moody at the End! I believe you understand this explanation. As almost every year in the past we are expecting to be fully occupied during the festive Season, i.e. each time about 70 Seats.
Furthermore, I'm excited to inform you that the Swiss, Chef Eric A. ROOS will probably be with us and Chef Alex William Philip FREI is confirmed to be with us during this festive Time.
I would be very special pleased to have you around this year because it will be definitive my last presence. I'm selling the Restaurant and will go back to Switzerland for Retirement!
